Ruth P Healthcare is a management consulting firm that provides services to the home healthcare and hospice industry. Led by Ruth Phillion Cote, MSN, President, the consulting team provides services related to the regulatory, compliance, clinical, and quality management needs of its client base, as well as education and training. With more than a decade of experience in hospice and home health management, Ruth has a long history of successful evaluation and implementation of programs for compliance and improvement.

Recently assisted two providers in responding to a Unified Program Integrity Contractor (UPIC) request for multiple claims. After processing through the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) level, ultimately the agencies averaged a “favorable response” of 50-60%.
